As part of our maintenance cover we always provide telephone support. You will be able to speak to a qualified engineer, system designer or programmer to discuss the issue at hand, and we promise that you’ll never have your call routed to an off-shore call centre or be expected to call a premium rate line.
If an engineer is not available when you call, you will be phoned back promptly, as determined by the support package that you have selected for your reqirements.
